Where do you go for help with your neighborhood commercial needs in the DC Metro area?

Many owners of small to mid-sized commercial buildings need help leasing or selling space with a company that knows their neighborhood and has the big backing of a company like Long & Foster. With this in mind, Wes Foster chose to build a strong Commercial Division that complements the dominant Residential Division. The Division has over 38 full-time licensed commercial agents residing in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC and serving customers in this niche.

Buyers, Tenants and Investors will appreciate working with their own L&F Commercial representative to find the best opportunities available. When you need to find an agent who knows where the best properties are and who knows how to negotiate the best terms on the market, contact us through this web site.

You will appreciate not only the local capability of your L&F Commercial agent but also the national and international capability through TCN Worldwide. This network includes exceptional commercial firms throughout the US and the world to offer extended reach for our customer.

For the Long & Foster difference, contact Ken Ulsaker, managing broker at ken.ulsaker@lnf.com or at 703-506-2850 .
